Disk Drive”. Of many Google hits your company
stood out with the “Flat Rate” offer.
When visiting the website your client base was extremely
impressive too. Since we had a production line down
we needed answers rather quickly. Instead of waiting
on a free quote response I placed a call. Donna
answered the incoming call and let me tell you she
was great, not only on several phone calls but also
on follow up emails. She did what we call “took
ownership” which is not found often anymore
especially on initial calls. It didn’t take

Hi Chuck,
I tried to call you personally today to tell you
thank you for being so awesome, and employing such
an awesome staff. Your receptionist has a lovely
voice and is so pleasant. Brian was great, he sent
me an email first thing in the morning informing
me the drive was there. John Russo was FABULOUS
... he saved me and I am forever grateful! I believe
I received a call before 9AM from him telling me
it was there, he was cloning it, and the drive is
doing what it should be doing but there may still
be a problem. Thankfully he was successful.
There aren't too many businesses that will give
that personal touch. Trust me when I say I will

Thanks for all your help on my data
recovery. With Javier's additional assistance, I was
able to find the other files I was looking for. I
have been working with Macs for 20 years and am more
familiar with OS 9, etc., and have provided support
for them for half that time. Although I've been working
with OS X for a few years now, I've never taken the
time to delve into all its differences with where
things are now stored. Javier's instructions made
it easy to find everything else. I haven't tested
all of the areas yet, but everything appears to be
there, and I lost nothing during your recovery effort.
For that I am very grateful. Some of those data
files are irreplaceable.
I am assuming you sent me the old hard drive as
a matter of course, and will leave it to me to destroy.
I'm guessing it is still in unusable condition,
but the data is still on it.
Thanks again for all your help. I'll pass the good
word for anyone I know that gets into the same jam.
